Chia Seeds, I am obsessed with these little guys! If I can put chia seeds on something I will! Its not a secret that these guys are amazing for you. Packed with Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Fiber, and Antioxidants they are basically a powerful little seed! A great alternative to processed grains like white bread. Sadly, It will not taste like white bread but I have something better for you!

I am a huge creature of habit. I love routines and my breakfast usually stays the same… oatmeal in the winter, shredded wheat in the summer and the occasional omelet, or avocado toast on the weekend. Every so often that oatmeal and shredded wheat just does not cut it and I need a little change up. Say hello to my recent breakfast.

This is basically fool proof for my friends who claim they cannot cook! This is also an overnight product which is great if your running around to late in the morning to make anything! It may not look the most amazing but it sure does taste good and with some fresh fruit you cannot go wrong!


1 cup Almond Milk (I like Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or any milk you like)

¼ cup Chia Seeds

1 tsp honey

a few dashes of cinnamon

Mix everything up, place in a jar and place in the fridge! Wake up in the morning and enjoy!
