Cream Cheese Pumpkin Cupcake

DSC_0004 DSC_0007Something about the leaves and brisk air makes me want to bake. Over the weekend I was in the mood to bake and wanted to something festive. Say hello to the Cream Cheese Pumpkin Cupcake. Cream cheese frosting is possibly one of my favorites. It makes everything taste rich and homemade! Cake
1 Can Pumpkin Puree
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
3/4 tsp. Table Salt
3/4 tsp Ground Cloves
3/4 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1/3 Cup Buttermilk

Frosting
1/2 Tbs. Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
3 Tbs. Skim Milk
1 2/3 Cup Confectioners Sugar
2 Tbs. Cinnamon
