If you did not know I love Philadelphia. With good reason I was born there. Its been like home ever sense. Even though I know longer live in Philadelphia (I’m trying to move back currently!) I wanted to share some of my favorite places to eat because let’s face it…… eating is always the priority.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I have become recently obsessed with Knead Bagels in center city. Adam and Cheri own Knead Bagels and they must be doing something right because they sell out of bagels fairly often! I personally like the everything bagel with nova lox but they have some amazing variety of cream cheeses to pick from. If you are in the area this is a place you need to check out!

My favorite place for all things food any time of day is Redding Terminal Market. Located in Center City as well and not far from Thomas Jefferson Hospital sits the wonder that is Redding Terminal Market. Its basically a food loves haven. Plus, it has everything you may ever want or desire. Dessert, dinner, breakfast, meats, fish, produce, coffee, breads and more! I honestly just love walking around and seeing all the different things.

If you are from Philadelphia let me know some of your favorite spots!

Let’s talk face masks for a second. I love a good face mask. Nothing says relaxation like a mask on a Sunday evening or any evening for that matter. I kept hearing amazing reviews about the Peter Thomas Roth Masks and knew I had to get my hands on them sooner or later. These masks pack a serious punch. The radiance I experienced after and the next day was insane. Im not sure I could live without these two products anymore. I keep finding myself reaching for them again and again. Peter knows what he is doing haha!

The Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask is a super gentle but exfoliating treatment. It helps exfoliate manually, peels with alpha hydroxyl acid chemically and polishes with aluminum oxide. After using this your skin will look smoother, younger and more radiant. I even see results from this the day after I use it. I always feel like I have a glow from within look after using this.

The Peter Thomas Roth Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask is possibly the most cooling mask I have ever tired. This mask has rose stem cells that are blended with rose extracts to help counteract the appearance of aging, including fine lines and wrinkles, dehydration, dullness and sagging. It feels like an injection of life. When my skin is feeling blah or just angry with me I slather this all over and BAM magic! Its seriously a game changer on the mask front!

In the past two months I feel like all I have done is shopped. Im not complaining but my wallet sure is. Here are a bunch of recent repurchases and new purchases to my makeup stash!

Charolette Tilbury is one of my favorite makeup artists. Her products just work. I have yet to come across something I haven’t fallen in love with. I have been searching for a new mascara for some time and figured I would give Full Fat Lashes in Glossy Black a shot. So far I loving the results! I also needed a new eyelash curler so I picked up the Life Changing Lashes in Rose Gold.

I keep hearing people talk about the Too Faced Hangover Rx Primer and its amazing effects. Fingers crossed it works! My mom actually bought me the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Eyeshadow Palette, go Mom! It’s a wonderful mix of dark shades and brighter shades to give you the perfect smoky eye.

I also picked up some staples such as the Too Faced Soleil Matte Bronzer in Milk Chocolate which is perfect for us pale ladies! I also always have a Fresh Lip Balm in Rose in my bag. I have like ten of these lying around the house. I find its super natural and gives the lips a little bit of color. I always try to get a new beauty blender every so often. After about 6 months with washing them they still get a little gross. No one wants a bacteria sponge haha.

I never thought Id be writing a post dedicated to a hair brush but here we are. Say hello to the brush that changed everything. I can’t take all the credit for finding this but my mother can! Who would have thought she pick out Aveda’s most famous paddle brush.

It may just look like a wooden brush but its so much more than that. This was originally created for scalp treatments and detangling the hair. The bristles are specially extended to stimulate and massage the scalp. Its easy to run through even my most stubborn knots in my hair and helps shorten my blow-drying time.

If you have long and easily knotted hair this may be the brush for you! Let me know in the comments what your favorite styling tools are!

Its been a while and I have gathered up quite the stash of skincare products. It was to many for one post so I decided to break it up into a few posts.

I have been desperate to try Peter Thomas Roth face masks. Everyone has been talking about them and the amazing powers they give the skin. I went into Sephora and purchased the Rose Stem Cell Mask and Pumpkin Enzyme Mask both of which smell amazing. Expect a review on the these in the future.

I also had a bit of fun at the Boscia counter again. I missed the Make-Up Break Up Cleansing Oil for those heavy makeup days. I went for smaller size since I don’t wear makeup everyday. It truly is an amazing product, even the most stubborn makeup can be removed. I recently saw a bunch of reviews for the Sake Brightening range and knew I need them. The Sake Brightening Hydrogel Eye Masks and the Sake Brightening Hydrogel Face Mask help brighten up the face after a long day.

I am a recent convert of cream cleansers but I do like to have a bit of variety to choose from. Estee LaLonde mentioned in her 2016 beauty review how the Lancôme Galatee Comfort Milk Cleanser gave her skin a hydrated and plumped appearance. I was sold instantly and went to grab one at the store. So far I am 100% in love with this product. The moisture power is seriously amazing.

I have been doing a lot of research lately on difference types of multi use products and one that keeps appearing is the Caudalie Grape Water. It can be used as a toner, setting spray, hydrator and essence. I am planning on using this with heavy foundations to thin them out a bit. I will report back if it works!

Emma Watson once said that skincare is more important than makeup and I 100% believe that. My skin has had its trough patches. Battling cystic acne as a kid was hard and naturally a huge blow to the self esteem. Over the years my skincare routine has changed so many times and I have tired everything under the sun. One thing I had never tired was brands that promoted products that used more organic and natural ingredients. Recently I decided to finally take the plunge and test a few things out. I have been loving the results and found some brands that I love.

One skincare brand I recommend everyone check out is Antipodes. It is a science based company that has invested years of research into products that are selected of the purest ingredients. I have been loving The Aura Manuka Honey Mask, Grace Gentle Cream Cleanser, and The Vanilla Pod Hydrating Day Cream.

Another brand that has quickly made its way into every aspect of my routine is Pai. This is a brand that understands sensitive skin. Sarah Brown the founder made a brand that is effective and organic. Its really an amazing brand and I have become obsessed with her Rosehip Bioregenerate oil, Kuki & Jojoba Bead Skin Brightening Exfoliator, and Copaiba Deep Cleanse AHA Mask.

I cannot forget Indie Lee, a brand that uses the finest all-natural ingredients from around the world,  a line designed to enhance your natural skin. I have yet to try a product from the brand that I did not love. Currently I am obsessing over The Rosehip Cleanser, COQ-10 Toner, and The Blemish Lotion.

Finally, but certainly not last is MV Organic. This is the brand that started my search into healthy skincare. This brand is used by many celebrities and bloggers such as Estee Lalonde and Anna from The Anna Edit. The brand is all about great ingredients making amazing products. They believe in a skincare ritual that will help you unwind and relax. Now that’s a statement I can get behind. I started out trying The Gentle Cream Cleanser, Pure Jojoba Oil,  and The Rose Hydrating Mist. The addiction to this brand is becoming a serious problem for me haha.

Let me know what your favorite happy skincare brands are! Please remember I am not a skincare expert and these opinions are my own.

This is Emma Watson’s red carpet must have. Honestly take a look at her skin and you will purchase right now! I love how versatile this product is. MV Organic’s Pure Jojoba Oil removes eye make-up, strengthens lashes, calms reactive skins including eczema and rosacea. This oil is similar to the skins own sebum therefore he absorbs super fast without clogging pores.

Because of how fast this sinks into the skin I use this in AM before my moisturizer. I am sorta obsessed with this product now. It leaves my skin so happy and glowing I just cannot get enough of it. MV organics is hard to come by in the States but I found an amazing website Detox Market! I highly recommend a little check around the website they have amazing products and shipping was super fast!

Lets talk hair protection. Over the course of the year I have tired to love my hair a little bit more and limit my damage to it. Naturally when you use styling tools your going to damage your hair. I try to use as many happy hair products I can. I was recently looking into a heat protectant spray and came across this wonderful guy.

Melu Hair Shield from Davines is beyond amazing. I have had a year long affair with Davines and it is no secret why! The brand is ethically sourced and has a ton of sustainability projects. Melu Hair Shield protects the hair from straightening or blow drying and is ideal for any type of hair. Lentil Seeds to nourish and Panthenol to give moisture to the hair, its packed full of amazingness. I love how easy and perfect this is for everyday use. My hair looks and feels healthy. Honestly what more could you ask for?

I recently took the plunge into healthier skincare. I have always been super hesitant and my skin clearly was telling me a change needed to happen. I looked into healthy skincare and came across a brand called Pai. I see YouTubers always raving about how wonderful the brand was and I figured maybe I should give it a shot.

My first purchase was the Pai Rosehip Bioregenerate Oil. Formulated for hypersensitive skin or skin that is red. This is a skin saving hero. It deeply conditions the skin, improves firmness, elasticity and promotes clear, even skin tone. The uses for this product are endless. Its really a wonderful oil. Every morning after using this my skin feels so alive and healthy which is truly all that any of us really want.

One warning, be careful when using this it will stain clothes and sheets. Clearly I learned this the hard way. So if you are in the market for clear, supple, and healthy skin check out Pai!

I am writing this after a long day at work. Everything hurts specially if you have been on your feet all day. I was in Sephora the other day and a friend of mine who is fabulous, Jess recommended a random product to me……… a foot mask.

These little guys are $5 dollars each which for a mask is pretty amazing. Jess mentioned how amazing these smell and boy was she right. The almond one is out of this world! I have been using these Sunday evening during my pamper sessions. It’s a perfect way to relax and unwind. Inside these little packs are little plastic paper booties. Infused with hydrating qualities and a power lotion/serum. I usually leave these on for 20 minutes then massage in the remaining serum into my feet. My feet leave feeling refreshed, smoothed, and hydrated.

Next time you are at Sephora check these out!

Let me know what your loving!
